Gareth Jones - Director of B3Architects. Gareth is a Director of B3Architects and jointly manages the Newtown and Leicester offices with Keith Hamilton. In addition to leading major conservation and refurbishment / regeneration projects across Wales and the midlands, Gareth also acts as an adviser to other B3Burgess offices across the UK which requires his specialist building conservation skills in which he holds a masters degree. Gareth has over 25 years experience including acting as architect and project co-ordinator for several large inward investment projects for the former Welsh Development Agency such as the SPX Corporation, Shimizu UK and Fisher Gauge as well as advising overseas government agencies on sustainable international standard business parks. He is currently heading a team working on innovative and sustainable business parks in the UK and has also been responsible for several commercial and cultural projects including the highly acclaimed Oriel Davies Gallery.
