Tara Fry - Director of B3Safety. Tara is a Director of B3Safety and has responsibility for Safety Consultancy across all offices. Tara has over 10 years experience advising Blue Chip Clients on Health and Safety Legislation, gaining her early experience working for Orange, originally as a Health and Safety/Facilities Manager. Tara has spent the last 5 years as a Senior Planning Supervisor and Health and Safety Consultant on a number of large Construction Projects across the UK, including Senior Planning Supervisor/Health and Safety Consultant on the Drake Circus Project in Plymouth. In addition to an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation including the CDM Regulations, Tara also possesses proven experience of policy development and implementation, Tara continually seeks ways to improve the way the Company works, to minimise accidents, to provide advice and expertise and to promote change and drive new policies/procedures. A member of IOSH, Tara is NEBOSH Diploma qualified and adept at implementing policies and procedures for controlling and managing risk.
