Ben Murphy - Associate. Ben is a qualified Building Surveyor and Access Consultant as well as a trained Asbestos Surveyor. He rejoined the company in April 2007 and has experience in working in a variety of sectors including; Healthcare, Local Government, Housing, Retail, Commercial and Cultural. He is a Consultant member of the National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC) and has been involved in excess of 400 Access Audits ranging from small ‘one off’ audits to large scale multiple site audits throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. Further experience include Project Management of the refurbishment and upgrading of 5000 homes under the Governments initiative to improve Social Housing, Project Management of security installations for Financial Institutes, Construction Monitoring for third party investors.
